Work with me
For founders who need clearer systems, stronger travel operations, or books that will hold under audit — before more effort gets wasted.
Best fit
Sharia diagnostic
Sharia-compliant business solutions — audit, Zakat, investment and contract review — led by Dr M. Omer Rafique, Principal Consultant of the Sharia practice — Mufti, PhD (Malaysia).
Founder strategy session
Diagnose the real stage, clarify priorities, map the next correct move.
Finance services
Accounting through audit support — fourteen services on one ledger. Brief first, never a chat dump.
Travel & journeys
Umrah and leisure travel, sequenced through Vivid Journeys — one desk, one itinerary.
What happens first
What I do not do
- Sell random activity without diagnosis.
- Run finance through WhatsApp.
- Promise speed where sequence is the real issue.
- Take every inquiry just to fill the pipeline.
Send clear context. I’ll review fit and stage, then point you to the right next step. Finance starts with a brief, not a chat.
The practice is led by Dr M. Omer Rafique — Mufti, PhD (Malaysia) — specialising in Islamic finance, Sharia governance and ethical business management, who has trained young Ulama and Muftis. He is Principal Consultant of the Sharia practice and personally leads every delivery. Engagements are originated and contracted through Muhammad Waqar; the Sharia opinion, review and sign-off are his.
I offer the services. Delivery is with Faraz Anwer, FCA — Head of Internal Audit at BYD Pakistan, previously Merit Packaging, ICAP, PwC UK and EY. He is credited here; he is not a co-founder of this brand.
Principles of fiqh al-mu’amalat first, then published standards: AAOIFI for contract structure and accounting treatment, IFSB for governance and prudential expectations, and the SECP and SBP Shariah governance frameworks where Pakistani entities are involved. Every recommendation names the standard it rests on.
No — and we say so before the engagement starts. Advisory and review are contracted separately. Where this practice designed the framework, later work over it is issued as a management gap analysis, not an independent Sharia audit. If independent attestation is required, we scope it for an external reviewer.
Growth work is published: ServicePacks run from PKR 50,000 per month, with quarterly pricing shown on the same table. Sharia, corporate and finance engagements are scoped from the diagnostic — the variables are entity count, contract volume and whether we are reviewing or building. You get a written scope and fee before anything starts.
Yes. Strategy stays here; build and travel operations may route through the right venture.
