My path moved through trading, manufacturing, services, then deeper into digital systems. That mix shaped how I think about delivery, risk, service quality, and growth under pressure. It is also why the four sectors sit together rather than apart: the same sequence runs through a contract review, a growth plan, a set of books and a group itinerary. Finance is offered by me and delivered with Faraz Anwer, FCA, so the books are held to the same standard as the operations.
