Audit, Zakat systems, Sharia-based investment and contract security — led by Dr M. Omer Rafique — Principal Consultant of the Sharia practice (Mufti, PhD Malaysia) — referenced to AAOIFI and IFSB standards.
See the Sharia desk →Four sectors. One operating standard. Work that holds.
I’m Muhammad Waqar — co-founder of SoftCodix and Creative founder of Vivid Journeys. I originate and govern the engagement; named specialists deliver it with me — Dr M. Omer Rafique, Principal Consultant of the Sharia practice (Mufti, PhD Malaysia), and Faraz Anwer, FCA on the books. Four sectors, one standard: brief first, WhatsApp only after the form.
Brand, digital presence, and a growth department with named pods and a cap on concurrent work.
See the growth desk →Accounting, CFO, IFRS, assets, FP&A, funds and audit support. Delivered with Faraz Anwer, FCA.
See the finance desk →Air Tickets, visas, tours and transfers — local plus global express — sequenced so a family is never stranded.
See the travel desk →Two houses. Two desks.
Sharia & Corporate Consultancy — a practice led by Dr M. Omer Rafique, Mufti, PhD (Malaysia); he signs every opinion. SoftCodix — a company I co-founded. Finance services — a practice delivered with Faraz Anwer, FCA; he reviews the reporting and audit-support files where judgement matters. Vivid Journeys — a company where I am Creative founder. Two of these are companies, two are practices. And the desks sit next to the work, not above it.
Sharia & Corporate Consultancy
Sharia-compliant business solutions for a global market — audit and gap analysis, Zakat systems, Sharia-based investment and contract security. Led by Dr M. Omer Rafique — Principal Consultant of the Sharia practice (Mufti, PhD Malaysia) — who personally leads every delivery.
SoftCodix
I sell sequential growth work via SoftCodix — brand foundation, digital presence, lead generation, or a retained growth department — never a random stack of tasks. Quality treated as a concurrency problem.
Finance services
Fourteen service lines — from day books and payroll to sales tax, workers’ compensation and audit support. Pakistani filings are filed; elsewhere prepared to filing standard for your local accountant. A financial inquiry opens a brief.
Vivid Journeys
Air Ticketing, visas, tours and transfers — Umrah and beyond. Local plus global express across ten+ corridors. That is the standard we carry.
Judgment in action
A founder site should show judgment, not claims. Three strongest cases on the homepage — the rest live on Selected Work.
Ops dashboard
Operations lived in chat threads, and nobody could say what was outstanding. One dashboard was built, and every request is tracked on it. Every request now has one status and one owner, visible without asking.
UAE + Umrah
Families were juggling two visas and two budgets on one trip. One sequenced itinerary and one desk were set up, with visas, hotels and transfers planned together. The trip ran from that one desk — no scrambling.
Audit-ready books
Records only made sense to the person who made them. A close rhythm, a file pack and a named reviewer were put in place. The books now open to a review, not a reconstruction.
How I think
Most businesses do not fail because they lack effort. They fail because execution is out of sequence — design before positioning, software before process, traffic before conversion, activity before accountability. The same is true of the books: reporting before a close, audit theatre before a file pack.
My work starts by identifying the real stage first.
Investment & engagement
Open pricing. Visible capacity. Four sequential ServicePacks — buy the stage you are actually in. Hours and concurrent caps are published so quality is a concurrency problem, not a talent problem.

Pick the correct door
Sharia is a diagnostic. Growth is a sequence. Finance is a brief. Travel is a sequence. Each door opens a drawer — not a form that goes nowhere, and not a chat dump for the books.
Go straight to your desk
Sharia, growth, the books, or travel — each has its own desk with its own scope, process and next step. Pick yours and see how the work runs. When you are ready, every desk ends in a short brief.
Start the conversation
Tell me whether this is Sharia, systems, the books, or travel. I’ll either point you to the right next step or tell you quickly if it is not the right fit.
Most messages receive a reply within 24 hours. Clear context gets a faster answer. WhatsApp opens only after a brief. LinkedIn: Co-founder · SoftCodix; Creative founder · Vivid Journeys.
Your context, current stage, and what you’re trying to achieve. For finance, use the inquiry brief — company, services needed, and stage.
Yes. Most work is remote, with selective in-person engagements.
No pressure, no pitch
If the fit is not right, I’ll say that early. If it is, we’ll move forward with clarity.
